Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Batches are verified by independent labs using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. A Certificate of Analysis is available for every batch — a supplier that cannot produce one for the exact lot is showing one of the clearest red flags in peptide sourcing.
How do I get a Certificate of Analysis?
A COA is available on request for any batch, and we can match it to the lot number on your vial. Reach out through the contact page and reference your order or product.
What does "for research use only" mean?
Our products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, not supplements, and not for human or animal consumption. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
How should I store the products?
Store unopened lyophilized vials cold and away from light per the product documentation. Reconstituted material has a shorter storage life. Follow your lab's validated protocol.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped promptly with tracking and discreet packaging. See the Shipping Policy for timelines and details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within one hour of placing it. Email hello@steadfastresearchgroup.com with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After an hour the order has entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled — see the Returns Policy.
What is your return policy?
Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are limited. See the Returns Policy for eligibility and how to start a claim.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card details are encrypted and sent straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
Do you offer a discount on first orders?
Yes. New customers get 10 percent off their first order with the code they receive when joining the Steadfast list.
