Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Transit time and carriers
Domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after processing via USPS or UPS. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Cold storage
Inventory is held in cold storage until it is picked for your order, so material is kept at temperature for the whole time it is with us. Orders ship in protective packaging.
Shipping rates
Domestic shipping is a flat $9.95. Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more ship free. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Discreet packaging
Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
